Our History
In the spring of 1993, Mr. Ma Guifa began his entrepreneurial journey with just two spiral bevel gear machines and a debt of 2.9 million RMB. With no way back, he founded the predecessor of Shaoxing Shiny Machine — Shaoxing Bevel Gear Factory.
The company started by producing gears for textile machinery. Through dedication and a commitment to quality in every single gear, the business gradually turned profitable. By 1999, all loans had been fully repaid.
In 2001, Mr. Ma Weijun took over the company and launched a series of bold reforms that introduced modern management concepts and led the company to pass various system certifications.
Over the years, the business expanded into new sectors, including agricultural machinery gears, forklift gears, and reducer gears, steadily growing in scale and capability.
Around 2010, the company relocated to Huashe and officially became Shaoxing Shiny Machine Co., Ltd.
